Dez is ONE | Pensacola Photographers

Dez and his parents are back for first birthday photos! Instead of a cake smash, Britney + Kyle opted for another laid-back in-home lifestyle session and it was such a sweet continuation of our previous sessions together. We had lots of fun… laughing over moody, hangry baby tears.

I love how mom and dad were able to keep smiling and embrace Dez’s less-than-happy mood. Babies and toddlers can be tough. You never know what kind of mood they will be in or how they will react to a new person in their space. The key is to react to everything as if it were wonderful, special, hilarious, etc.
