Birth films are something I don’t get to do very often. The majority of my families deliver in hospital, where filming is not allowed during pushing and delivery… The whole point of birth videography is to capture that delivery action, and no one is keen to pay for a film when videoing the main event is prohibited.

You can imagine how excited I was when Angelika and Jesse said they wanted their birth center birth filmed in addition to being photographed. And what a birth to film! Jesse and Angelika were such an amazing team and so affectionate with each other. But it was big sister Luna who truly stole the show with her riotous curls, precociousness, and the best, most adorable audio clips I could have ever hoped for.
