Evelyn | Pensacola Beach Newborn Photographer

Evelyn and her family moved to Pensacola just a week after she was born! That’s that military life, something I see on the regular being a birth and newborn photographer in Pensacola. Lexi reached out to me before they moved to see about scheduling a newborn session while they were in their temporary home, this beautiful AirBnB on Pensacola Beach.

The moment I saw this staircase with a window, I knew I had to use it. I’m always pumped when clients are up for my crazy ideas. Of course, we also had to include the family corgis and Lexi’s parents who were staying to help with the Evelyn and the move.

I really love that Lexi wasn’t hung up on having a nursery for use to work in and content to document these newborn moments just as they unfolded. This is their life right now and it will be such a cool thing for Evelyn to be able to look through her album and see exactly where she lived, temporarily, for the first few weeks of her life. I hope these images will help her connect the dots over all of the places Kurt’s job might take them before she is really old enough to remember.
